2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use our Services. By using the site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services We Provide

GBP Nerds offers:

  • Profile audits and consultation

  • Local ranking optimization

  • AI-powered reputation & listing management (coming soon)

All services are offered on a best-effort basis. Reinstatement success depends on many factors outside of our control, including Google’s internal review processes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We use secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge the stated amount for the selected service.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service termination and permanent banning from all future assistance.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we maintain a high success rate, we do not and cannot guarantee reinstatement or specific ranking improvements.

Google’s policies and review processes are outside of our control. Our role is to present your case as strongly and accurately as possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information

  • Cooperate with requests for documentation or clarification

  • Not use our Services for fake listings, spam, or deceptive purposes

Any attempt to mislead us or Google may result in service termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on gbpnerds.com—including branding, designs, code, processes, and written material—is the intellectual property of Lampwork Software, LLC. You may not reproduce, reuse, or resell any portion of our services or site content without written consent.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel a service request before work begins. Once work has started, cancellations may not be honored, and no refunds will be issued unless required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms or abuse of our team.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in question

  • You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lampwork Software, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

11. Third-Party Services

Our site or services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Stripe, Freemius). We are not responsible for those services, their uptime, accuracy, or policies. Use them at your own risk.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute must be brought in the courts located in Fayetteville, Arkansas and you waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Lampwork Software, LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
